i thought i left this comment earlier, but whatever...
i was watching amelie the other day, and i noticed something. there's this one scene where nino is talking to his friend while she's strip dancing or something (scandalous, i know) to god bless the child. how terribly appropriate.
okay, so i didn't see it at a restaurant in japan. some people aren't so lucky :)
